EFS Service Division offers comprehensive electrical services across the UAE and Gulf region, covering the full lifecycle of critical power distribution equipment. Our expert team of engineers and technicians delivers end-to-end support for the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of key infrastructure components including HV Switchgear, Ring Main Units (RMUs), Transformers, LV Switchgear, and Earth Pits.

We begin with safe and compliant installation, ensuring proper site preparation, equipment mounting, electrical connections, and earthing. Our work adheres strictly to OEM guidelines and local utility authority standards (such as DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, and SEC), ensuring that all systems are ready for immediate, safe operation.

During the testing and commissioning phase, EFS conducts detailed inspections and electrical tests—such as insulation resistance, relay settings, primary/secondary injection, polarity checks, and protection coordination—to confirm that each system is functioning correctly and safely under load conditions. For transformers and HV equipment, we also carry out oil testing, thermal scanning, and load verification to guarantee optimal performance.

Our operation and maintenance services are designed to extend equipment life, enhance safety, and prevent costly downtime. This includes routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, thermal imaging, earth resistance testing, breaker performance checks, and replacement of worn components. For earthing systems, we ensure proper continuity and grounding resistance in accordance with IEEE and IEC standards.
